Terms of Service

Sceneia is an online service, operated by [Legal entity — to be provided], that generates images and video from text prompts and uploaded media using third-party AI models. These terms form an agreement between you and [Legal entity — to be provided]. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

The service depends on model providers we do not control. Models, options and output quality can change or be withdrawn at any time, and we do not guarantee that a specific model stays available.

You need an account to generate anything. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, you must give a working email address, and you are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.

One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer an account.

Generation is paid for with S Credits. Each model shows its price in S Credits before you start a job, and the amount is taken from your balance when the job is accepted. If a job fails on our side or on the model provider's side, the S Credits for that job are returned to your balance automatically.

S Credits are a prepaid entitlement to use the service. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account. Subscriptions add S Credits to your balance at the start of every billing period and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access and any remaining balance until the current period ends.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in USD and the final amount, including any tax, is confirmed at checkout. Except where the law requires a refund, payments are final — the automatic return of S Credits for failed generations above is our standard remedy.

Do not use Sceneia to create, upload or distribute content that:

• is illegal where you are, or infringes someone else's rights;
• sexualises minors, in any form or style;
• depicts a real, identifiable person without their permission, or impersonates them;
• harasses, threatens or incites violence or hatred against people;
• is passed off as a real photograph or recording in order to deceive or defraud.

Output is generated by a machine. It can be inaccurate, derivative or unsuitable for your purpose, and two people can receive similar results from similar prompts. Check anything you publish, and label synthetic media where the law or the platform you post on requires it. You must also follow the usage rules of the model provider behind the model you choose.

We may refuse, interrupt or remove a generation that breaks these rules, and we may suspend an account that keeps doing so.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the limited licence we need to store your files and run the generation you asked for, including passing them to the model provider that processes the job. We do not sell your uploads and we do not use them to train models.

Only upload a photo of a person if that person is you, or if you have their permission to use their face and likeness this way. Effects that animate a face are built for exactly this and are not an exception.

As between you and us, the results you generate are yours, provided your account is in good standing and the generation did not break section 4. You are responsible for checking that your intended use — including commercial use — is allowed by the rules of the model provider and by the law that applies to you. We make no promise that AI output can be protected by copyright in your country.

The service itself — the software, interface, brand and content we create — stays ours. Nothing here gives you a licence to our name or logo.

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that a job will succeed, or that a result will fit a particular purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Sceneia and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used fraudulently, or where we are required to do so by law. Unused S Credits in an account closed for a breach are not refunded.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
