Privacy Policy

Sceneia is operated by [Legal entity — to be provided], the controller of the personal data described below. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and the app, why, and what you can do about it. Write to [email protected] with any question about it.

• Account data — your email address, a hashed password, whether your email is verified, and your S Credits balance and purchase history.
• Content you provide — the prompts you write, the images you upload, the options you choose, and the results generated from them.
• Technical data — a device identifier we create for the guest session, IP address, browser and operating system, and error logs.
• Usage data — which pages and tools you open and which actions you take, collected through analytics and only if you agree to it.

To run the service you asked for: creating your account, running generations, keeping your library, showing your balance and taking payment. To keep the service safe: detecting abuse, fraud and the content prohibited by our Terms. To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records. And, only with your consent, to understand how the product is used so we can improve it.

We use Google Analytics through Firebase to count visits and see which features are used. It is switched off until you accept it in the consent bar, and declining leaves it off — the rest of the service works exactly the same. You can change your mind at any time from your account page.

We do not run advertising trackers. Besides analytics, we store a session token and your language choice in your browser's local storage; these are needed for the service to work and are not used to profile you.

Images you upload and media we generate are stored on our media CDN so your library keeps working across devices. Files served from the CDN are addressed by long, unguessable URLs; anyone holding such a URL can open the file, so treat a link you share as public.

To produce a result, your prompt and any uploaded image are sent to the model provider that runs the model you picked, which processes them under its own terms. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train models.

We share personal data only with the processors we need to run the service: the AI model providers described above, our hosting and CDN providers, our payment processor (which handles card details directly — we never receive them), and our analytics provider where you consented. We also disclose data where the law requires it.

Account data is kept while your account exists. Generated media and uploads stay in your library until you delete them or close your account. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security and debugging. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal data, except what we must keep by law.

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to a use, withdraw a consent you gave, or ask for your data in a portable form. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within the period the applicable law sets. If you are not satisfied you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Sceneia is not intended for children. Do not create an account if you are under the age at which you can consent to this kind of service where you live. If we learn that we hold a child's data we delete it.

We update this policy as the product changes; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced in the product. The rules for using the service are in our Terms of Service.
